Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
At NESS, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within this timeframe.
2. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
3. Return & Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:
* Returned within 30 days after delivery
* Unused, unworn, and undamaged
* In original packaging with all tags, accessories, and included items
Any item that does not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

* Your order number
* The item(s) you wish to return
2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
3. Send the item(s) back in their original condition
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days.
* Refunds are issued to the original payment method
* Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

* Offer either a replacement or full refund
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
* Items marked as Final Sale
* Gift cards
* Any item returned in a non-compliant condition
